Bakery Insurance



Unfortunately many retailers are accused of wrongful advice in recommending products to their customers. There have been a number of complaints recently brought by customers who believe that the use of the product that was supplied by the retailer was inappropriate for their requirements.

Legal action can be extremely painful and distressing for many independent shop owners who may incur significant legal costs if under-insured. The distraction away from business, time lost and worry associated in dealing with a customer compensation claim, obviously causes the owner to take their eye off the ball, which of course can only be detrimental to their business..
